Locally-sourced Georgia pecan filling in an all-butter, gluten-free crust.

Your pie can be stored loosely covered at room temp for 2-3 days (refrigerate if longer shelf-life is needed). 

For best results, refresh the crust by heating in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees and then let the pie to cool to room temperature before serving. 

This 9" pie serves 6-8 people.
